ASEAN Senior Officials on the Environment (ASOEN)

In 1989, the ASEAN Experts Group on the Environment (AEGE) became the ASEAN Senior Officials on the Environment (ASOEN). ASOEN meets yearly to consider the reports of its working groups, which also meet annually, and provide operational policy guidance on the various environmental programs implemented.
