The Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia is reviewing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Project

LAPORAN PENILAIAN KESAN KEPADA ALAM SEKELILING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) JADUAL KEDUA BAGI PROPOSED ALUMINIUM SMELTING PLANT IN EXISTING NON-FERROUS ALLOY (METALLURGICAL GRADE SILICON) SMELTING PLANT AT LOT 322, BLOCK 1, KEMENA LAND DISTRICT, SAMALAJU INDUSTRIAL PARK, BINTULU, SARAWAK BY PMB SILICON SDN. The public are welcome to submit written comments on the EIA Report during the public display period. This EIA report will be displayed from 11 September 2026 to 10 Oktober 2026 with public comments accepted until 25 Oktober 2026.
