“We are all sensitive, caring and constantly review every provision of our laws, regulations, methods, standards, procedures and work culture so as not to affect or lead to negative effects on the continued growth of development; in fact we will bring various reforms. possible, to jointly achieve the goal through the following client charter: ”

  • The decision of the application for Written Permission to build the Designated Premises (Scheduled Waste) is issued within 3 weeks.
  • The decision of the application for Written Approval to install fuel combustion devices and air pollution control devices is issued within 3 weeks.
  • The decision on the complete Schedule 1 EIA Report is issued within 5 weeks.
  • The decision on the complete Schedule 2 EIA Report is issued within 12 weeks.
  • Results of the Preliminary Site Assessment Application for the construction of a new plant are issued within 2 weeks.
  • The decision on the application for a new license for the operation of a scheduled off -site recovery plant is
    issued within 2 weeks.
  • The result of the license renewal application for the operation of the scheduled waste recovery plant off-site is issued immediately for the applicant who comes in person to the DOE office or within 1 week for the application by post.
  • The decision of the scheduled waste export application is issued within 3 days after receiving approval from the importing country and the transit country.
  • The decision on the application to import scheduled waste is issued within 3 weeks.
  • The decision of the application to import and export chemicals controlled under the Rotterdam Convention is issued within 4 weeks.
  • The result of the application for special management of scheduled waste is issued within 4 weeks.
  • The decision on the application for a new raw natural rubber plant license is issued within 2 weeks.
  • The result of the application for renewal of raw natural rubber factory license is issued immediately for applicants who present themselves at the DOE office or within 1 week for application by post.
  • The decision on the application for a new oil palm mill license is issued within 2 weeks.
  • The result of the application for renewal of oil palm mill license is issued immediately for applicants who present themselves at the DOE office or within 1 week for application by post.
  • Results approval type ( type approval ) for vehicles powered by petrol, diesel and motorcycle issued within 4 weeks.

  • An acknowledgement will be issued on the same day the complaint is received. The complainant is given feedback on the status of the complaint within 2 weeks from the date the complaint is received.

  • Treatment to all visitors is provided immediately or within 5 minutes at the latest with respect and courtesy.
  • All appointments with officers are on time. Appointments that need to be rescheduled will be notified and guests will be given reading materials published by DOE while waiting.
  • Information on air, water and marine quality data applied for in writing is submitted to the applicant within 2 weeks from the date the application is received.
  • All revenue collections are handled promptly and receipts are issued immediately.
  • Bill payments and claims are made within 14 days.
