Notification of Public Display for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report

Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia is reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for

“PROPOSED IRON ORE MINING OPERATION ON LOT 11379 (ML 20/2015), TOTAL AREA 65.19 HA (161 AC.) AT HUTAN SIMPAN KEKAL ULU GALAS (BUKIT BERAS), MUKIM PULAI, DAERAH GALAS, JAJAHAN GUA MUSANG, KELANTAN DARUL NAIM” – TETUAN NEWCREST MINING SDN. BHD.

The public are welcome to submit written comments on the EIA Report during the public display time. This EIA report will be display from 17 Ogos 2026 to 15 September 2026 and public comment until 30 September 2026.
