Introduction

Public complaint received by Department of Environment’s Head Quarters (DOE) conducted by Operation Unit, Division of Enforcement, DOE. Complaints accepted by Operation Unit is through letter, fax, email, website, telephone or personally visit to nearest DOE’s office¬† to make complaint. Department of Environment will provide initial response within 3 working days.
