Clients’ Charter
We pledge to :
Plan and implement quality training programmes that meets our clients’ needs :-
- Implement at least 90% of the planned courses every year;
- Alert the clients on the training course to be held at least a (1) month before the course starts;
- Provide confirmation of acceptance to the applicant two (2) weeks before the course begins;
- Convey the relevant assessment results to the certification course participants within the following time frame :

– Examination results within a (1) month from the examination date; and
- Ensure that all training infrastructures, requirements and equipments are in top condition and ready for use within a (1) day before training starts
- Ensuring support services such as the course secretariat, food and accommodation achieved an average evaluation score not less than satisfactory in the course evaluation scale.
